Before you get started, please make sure to review the cover page of
the exhibitor kit for your event. The exhibitor kit cover page will
provide you with an overview of our services and policies. It also
lists the setup and dismantle dates and times for your event,
discount deadlines, freight shipping deadlines, etc.
We offer discounted prices to exhibitors who
order their furniture early! All of the prices listed in our
online store are the discounted prices. These prices are only
available to those who order prior to the discount deadline. The
discount deadline is listed in the exhibitor kit. Make sure to get
your orders in early to qualify for this discount. If you submit
your order after the discount deadline, you will be charged the
non-discounted prices (approximately 30% higher than discounted
prices). The non-discounted prices are listed in the exhibitor kit.
There will be no exceptions to this policy.
To get started with ordering, click on the
“Order Here” button on the left hand side of this page. You will then
see a list of available products and services. Once you have
selected the item you would like to rent, click on the “buy” button
to add items to your shopping cart. When you have completed your
orders, click on the shopping cart button to checkout. You will
receive an automated order confirmation from our online store. Your
orders will also be reviewed by an Exhibit Services customer service
representative to ensure accuracy. Once your order has been
reviewed by Exhibit Services, you will receive a second order
confirmation email from Exhibit Services.
Some services may be provided by vendors
besides Exhibit Services. Depending on the venue these services may
include: electrical services, audio visual equipment, internet &
telephone services, etc. Order forms for outside vendors are
available in the exhibitor kit.
